Mechanical service

The AJAKS Mechanical Service Department, located at the PKN Orlen S.A. Production Plant, is a group of professionals with many years of industry experience gained through mechanical-installation work both in Poland and abroad. Our mechanical services include disassembly and assembly of equipment, disassembly and assembly of heat exchangers, all types of mechanical installation work, repair of apparatus and pipelines, welding and assembly tasks, and pressure testing. We also perform disassembly and assembly of heat exchanger inserts using our own hydraulic extractors.

The Mechanical Service Department is staffed with qualified personnel holding all necessary certifications, including chemical rescue workers certified to work in hazardous gas atmospheres, and technicians certified to operate extractors. All personnel performing mechanical and assembly works offered by AJAKS undergo internal and external training programs to continuously enhance their qualifications, which ensures the highest quality of services provided and safe operations.
