Bundle Extractors

AJAKS equipment fleet allows us to perform services such as removal and installation of heat exchanger inserts using hydraulic extractors. Our extractors guarantee extraction of inserts without contact with the tubes, which improves workplace safety and reduces the risk of damage to the unit. We also have equipment capable of removing and installing very heavy heat exchanger inserts, including ones installed in difficult-to-access locations.

In addition to extracting heat exchanger inserts using hydraulic extractors, we also offer services with a remote-controlled Combi Lifter that can be used either as an integral part of the extractor or as a stand-alone lift. This solution ensures safe transport of all kinds of inserts while significantly reducing time and labour effort.
