AJAKS has many years of experience in comprehensive installation repairs during shutdowns, as well as in ongoing maintenance at chemical plants. In this area, we provide services such as:

• Replacement of catalysts in reactors, including unloading spent catalyst using EX-rated vacuum loaders, screening catalyst into size fractions, loading new catalyst via dense loading or gravity filling methods, catalyst replacement in tubular reactors, and operation under nitrogen atmosphere
• Decontamination and chemical cleaning of all production installations, using the most effective chemicals, proven procedures, and guaranteed results
• Hydrodynamic cleaning of pipelines, heat exchangers, filters, tanks, columns, reactors, evaporators, condensers, coolers, and other technological equipment
• Pigging for cleaning of furnaces and pipelines
• Unloading and loading of materials (including hazardous materials) using vacuum loaders; vacuuming of flat surfaces; industrial cleaning of tanks, reactors, silos, and other equipment
• Mechanical and installation work related to renovation of production installations: disassembly and assembly of heat exchangers, tanks, columns, reactors, pipelines, and other equipment; welding and assembly tasks; pressure testing; preparation of equipment for UDT inspections
